Charlotte, North Carolina · Brookhill

A sanctuary holds you.

Oasis Wellness Sanctuary is being built on the belief that the time between arrival and departure is part of the healing — a botanical wellness sanctuary rising on four acres in South End's Brookhill corridor.

Walk the Arc Walk the Land With Us
The Vision

Charlotte has never
had a space like this.

Oasis is a 200-foot geodesic dome and four elemental satellite structures set among botanical pathways, a labyrinth, and a meditation garden — built on land in Brookhill that has seen vivid transformation since the 1930s, and built with the community that has lived through it.

This is not a spa day. It is a nervous system reset, treated as essential infrastructure for a city that has been saying yes to the work, the demands, the next thing, for a very long time. We are building it with intentionality, partnership, and deep listening — and we're treating it like the scale of project it actually is.

07 · The Sanctuary

An Intentional Arc.

Members don't move from room to room. They move through a progression — each environment preparing the body and mind for what comes next, and holding what came before. The walk itself is part of the healing.

01

Arrival

The threshold. A deliberate slowing before anything else begins.

02

Botanical Atrium

The dome. Living plantings, light, and the first breath of the space.

03

Tea Lounge

A blend formulated for you, in real time — the first ritual of the visit.

04

Elemental Suite

Water, Fire, Air, or Ether — the experience matched to what you need.

05

Integration Lounge

Somewhere to land. No agenda, no next thing.

06

Departure

Held, not hurried, on the way back out.

“A spa serves you and sends you home. A sanctuary holds you — and the time between arrival and departure is part of the healing.”

A personal note

From David.

There is a version of life where you keep saying yes until the distance between who you are and who you were when you started becomes hard to measure. I know that version well. Oasis came from noticing that distance — from wanting a place to pause, breathe, and let life breathe back.

We are building on land that has seen vivid and visceral transformation since the 1930s, with intentionality, partnership, and deep listening. That is not a detail. It is the story this space is built to honor. If you're reading this, I hope what you've seen here feels true — and I'd love to talk before you decide anything.
